This Gen 3 X5L-RS combines a 5mW green laser and a 500 lumen CREE LED light in one black anodized aluminum unit, with a two-button remote pressure switch set up for rifles and shotguns.

It fits most full-sized railed rifles and shotguns and uses a secure universal mounting system. The remote pressure switch is waterproof, and the unit remains waterproof even with the remote switch removed. A removable rechargeable battery handles power, with onboard charging and battery indicator lights so the setup stays simple.

Viridian gives it six operating modes, covering laser-only, light-only, and combined settings, including strobe and pulsing laser options. INSTANT-ON activation is part of the package, and the box includes the X5L-RS unit plus the two-button switch and connector cable. One fitment note worth keeping straight: the connector cord and button switch are not compatible with non-RS Gen 3 models.
