This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from Blvista, operated by COCARP, LLC ("Blvista," "we," "us," or "our").
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return window
We offer a 30-day return window. You must request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your item.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, unfired, and unmodified.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components, manuals, accessories, and tags.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Any item showing signs of use, installation, modification, wear, damage, or missing components will be denied and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization. Items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be received by our facility. Items not received will not be refunded.
Restocking fee and shipping costs
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue.
Failure to report issues promptly may result in denial of a return or replacement.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the firearms industry, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Magazines
- Optics that have been mounted
- Firearm parts that have been installed or modified
- FFL-transfer items
- Special orders or custom products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Any item deemed unsafe, altered, or non-resalable will not be accepted.
Legal and compliance restrictions
Returns are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Blvista reserves the right to refuse any return that would violate firearms regulations, shipping laws, or carrier restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments comply with all legal and carrier requirements.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different item, you must return the original item (subject to approval and restocking fee) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable firearms and export restrictions.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unfired, and in original packaging. Restocking fees and return shipping costs still apply where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less the 30% restocking fee and any applicable deductions.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
