Two activation modes on one REIN remote switch: constant-on or momentary-only, with each button behaving like its single-button counterpart. That matters on a duty gun or a hard-use rifle where light control needs to be simple and repeatable.
Cloud Defensive’s third-generation switch adds a larger button surface, more tactile response, a lower profile, and improved cable management. It is cross-compatible with all REIN weapon light platforms, from the original REIN 1.0 through current generation lights.
Built-in operational redundancy is part of the design. If the remote switch fails, the REIN can still be run from the tailcap push-button because the two controls operate electrically independent from one another.
