Neck sizing with interchangeable bushings gives this die a very specific job: control how much the case neck is worked, instead of running every case through a conventional expander. That matters on brass you want to keep as close to fire-formed as possible.
The die sizes the outside of the case neck and is used with an arbor press. It sizes the neck to 3/16" from the mouth end, includes a de-capping rod, and leaves the bushings out of the box so you can choose the size you need. The neck die base is sold separately.
