Benchrest-style seating starts with full control of the case and bullet, and this 7mm PRC die uses a chamber-type body to do exactly that. The case and bullet are captured before the seating stem pushes the bullet straight into place, which is the whole point of this design.
The stainless steel body keeps the die straightforward and compact, and the seating depth is adjusted by turning the screw inside the cap. It uses a 3/8"-24 TPI adjustment screw, not a conventional 7/8"-14 TPI seating die setup.
