LEM Products Jerky Board and Knife

The included knife features a 10" high-carbon stainless steel blade with a full tang and an ergonomic polypropylene handle, providing durability and safety with its rounded tip. The knife's design supports extra-thin slicing and can also handle larger cuts of meat and bread. For stability, a mildew-resistant, nonskid Grip Mat made of PVC-coated polyester prevents slipping and is easy to clean.
