Dead-length seating is the point here. This 6.5mm PRC die uses a body that contacts the shell holder, which helps keep seating depth uniform from round to round. The floating bullet guide is there to keep the case mouth and bullet lined up as the seater screw does its work.

The micrometer thimble and body are laser engraved with thousandth-inch divisions, so the adjustment reads like a depth micrometer instead of a vague dial. That makes small seating changes easier to track when load development calls for them.

Bullet seating stem is machined and burnished to seat nearly any point-style bullet without damage or marking. The floating bullet guide is reversible, so it can be reinstalled to allow seating and crimping at the same time.
