Lee .44 SPECIAL / .44 MAG PRO 4000 Press Kit

The comfort angle here starts with the handle. Lee includes an ergonomic wood grip roller handle, which matters on a progressive press that can see a lot of lever work during a loading session.

This Pro 4000 kit is set up for .44 Special and .44 Magnum, and it comes with the pieces needed to get rolling: a Lee 3-die set, shell plate, Universal Case Feeder, Auto-Drum Powder Measure, and Safety Prime. The Breech Lock system is in all four positions, and the modular layout lets the operator run as much or as little automation as desired.

Changeover is meant to stay simple. Lee calls out cartridge changeover in seconds, including primer size, with no adjustments after the initial die setup in the Breech Lock bushings. The kit also includes large and small priming arms, four colored spline drive Breech Lock bushings, a hex wrench with built-in storage rack, and through-ram primer disposal with a built-in tube.
