Wet blinds, sleet, and a long sit are exactly what this parka is built around. The outer shell uses Browning’s Pre-Vent Plus waterproof membrane with fully taped seams, plus a water-resistant front zipper and storm flap to keep weather from sneaking in at the weak points.

The hood adjusts in three points, the neoprene cuffs close down at the wrists, and the hem is adjustable as well. That matters when the wind is cutting across a marsh or a boat ride starts before daylight.

Inside, the removable liner adds 80 grams of PrimaLoft RISE insulation and reverses from brown to camo. The shell also works with the Browning X-Change System, so compatible Wicked Wing insulating pieces can zip in when the forecast turns colder.
