Savage Arms Renegauge Field Shotgun 12 ga 3" Chamber 4/rd 26" Barrel Grey

Rain, mud, and a long day in the field are easier on this one than on a plain blued gun. The 26-inch barrel is fluted and finished in Melonite, and the action uses chrome-plated reciprocating parts plus a one-piece chrome-plated action bar assembly. That matters on a semi-auto that may see wet grass, dirty blinds, and a steady diet of mixed shells.

It is a 12 gauge Renegauge Field with a 3-inch chamber, 4-round capacity, and Savage's D.R.I.V. gas system. Savage states the system vents excess gas before it drives the bolt, with the goal of consistent ejection and reduced felt recoil across loads from high-brass to low-recoil shells. Fit is also a major part of the package, with stock adjustment for length of pull, comb height, and drop and cast.

The rest of the setup stays practical: a carbon steel ventilated rib with a red fiberoptic sight, oversized controls, and an easy-loading magazine port. Included choke tubes are Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified in the Beretta/Benelli Mobil pattern, and it ships with a hard-sided carrying case.
